For orders placed during weekends or public holidays, please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
As all SAFIRA orders are carefully prepared and sent from Madeira Island, delivery to Mainland Portugal usually takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.
We are happy to offer free shipping within Portugal on orders over €200.
For orders shipped outside Portugal, free shipping is available on orders over €300.

We hope you love every piece you choose from SAFIRA. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return your order. To request a return, please send us a message here, and our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without their original tags.
Once your return arrives at our store, our team will carefully check the condition of the item. Once approved, the return process will be completed and your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Our story
SAFIRA began with my mother and a simple idea: to create a boutique where every woman who walked through the door would feel as precious as the stone behind our name.
After a pause, I chose to continue what she had started, carrying her vision forward in my own way. Today, SAFIRA is still rooted in that same purpose: to help women feel beautiful, valued and confident, while celebrating something we deeply believe in: choosing yourself, caring for yourself and treating yourself with love.
