Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Methods

At checkout, you can choose between two delivery methods:

• SAFIRA Store Pickup – Free

• Shipping to the provided address – Cost calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the Address

Responsibility: After delivery to the specified address, the risk of the products passes to the customer. SAFIRA is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of the order.
Shipping Service: Orders are delivered through a reliable third-party shipping service.

Delivery Times

• Madeira Archipelago: 1-2 business days
• Mainland Portugal: 2 business days
• Azores Archipelago: 3 business days
• Europe: 3-5 business days
• Rest of the World: 5-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as sales, Christmas, and Black Friday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items, weight, size, and destination of the order:

Portugal Mainland and Islands

• All orders: Free now
  

Europe

• Orders over €200: Free
• Up to 500g: €9
• Up to 2kg: €18

Rest of the World (except USA)

• Up to 500g: €12
• Up to 2kg: €30

USA

• Up to 500g: €13
• Up to 2kg: €32

Additional Information

• Customs Clearance: Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Product Unavailability: If the product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
• Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is considered complete upon signature of the receipt at the agreed address.
