Refund policy


As required by law, SAFIRA allows the exchange and return of items, provided that they have not been used by the customer, remain in the same condition as when they were sent, and are returned within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. Items such as semi-jewelry, costume jewelry, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Requests for exchange or return must be sent to the email suporte@storesafira.com. Every exchange or return request must include the order number and the reason for the exchange/return.

After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we will carefully inspect them. The exchange/return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) show no signs of use or handling (odor, stains, or signs of wear);
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and tags are intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and returned along with the invoice and all materials that accompanied the original order.

Return shipping costs for exchanged or returned products are the customer’s responsibility.

If a returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements for exchange or return according to the conditions mentioned above, the customer will be notified that the exchange or return was not accepted.

Please note: Purchases made in physical stores cannot be returned, only exchanged within 14 days.


Exchange = Discount Coupon

For eligible exchanges, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to suporte@storesafira.com stating your intention to exchange and the reason. You will receive a response with further instructions.

  2. Send the sealed package by mail or another eligible carrier OR bring the package to the physical store (in this case, the following steps are not necessary). If the item is returned in-store, the exchange is made immediately.

  3. After receiving the items and approval by our quality department, within 14 days you will receive by email a discount coupon equal to the amount paid for the returned item, provided it meets the conditions described above.

  4. Visit our website and make a new purchase of the product and size you want by entering this coupon in the “discount coupon” field. The coupon will be valid for 1 month.


Frequently Asked Questions

"Can I exchange an online purchase in the physical store?"
Yes, as long as the product conditions and return timeframe are respected, items can be exchanged in the physical store.

"Can I add more items to my cart to save on shipping?"
Yes, you can place a new order and add any items you want. When applying the coupon, the value of the exchanged item(s) will be deducted.


Returns

To return item(s), please follow all the steps described for exchanges. After receiving and inspecting the items, the refund will be issued using the original payment method or another method agreed upon with the customer, within a maximum of 14 days. If payment was made via bank transfer or multibanco reference, the customer must provide their IBAN for the refund to be made via bank transfer.

SAFIRA reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent after the established deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when purchased.
